Tai chi has been used to keep fit and prevent and cure diseases among the Chinese people since the 16th century.
It is a gentle and pleasurable means of attaining and maintaining health and harmony in mind and body, mobility, suppleness and mental alertness.
The class is suitable for all ages and levels of physical ability. The teacher is highly experienced and works closely with your level of experience, from beginner to advanced.
